Here are some things you can do, we go through that every year here in the US, they are
1 - Black Friday sale
2- Christmas to some extent
3- Back to School
Here are the things that can be done
1- Hire temp workers to increase the throughput during that time
2-Make sure all these temp workers have tools to do their job, like the scan guns, fork lifts, safety equipment etc
3-Make sure these temp workers are fully trained as well, they know what they are doing and what functions to execute especially when all the orders are flowing through in such a fast pace
4- If needed rent additional space only for the two months,
5- Try your best to understand what is coming in and then identify SKUs that are really fast moving during this time for and have processes to handle them effectively, for example the pencils, Pens, erasers, notebooks those are shipped a lot in bulk, so it would make sense to have some fast moving bins or separate cordoned off areas locations to fulfill orders that require those items for example processes around 1Z items/orders
6-Also make sure all the systems you use are fully functional to its top speed, so that way you can work at the highest pace shipping orders
The last thing you want is the thing to fail and you guys not shipping your orders.
